Shipping FAQs

1. How long will it take for my order to ship?

Turnaround time for all orders placed on the website is currently 10-21 business days. You will receive an email/text with tracking information when your order ships - for this reason it is important to make sure your email address/phone number is correct prior to submitting an order.

2. Will it really take 10-21 business days for my order to ship?

In most cases it will not take the full stated turnaround time for an order to ship but it is important to remember that it's possible.

3. I placed multiple orders on the website, can you combine them?

We do not combine orders. In the event that you have two orders shipping on the same day we do try to package them together and upgrade the shipping - please note this is not guaranteed. 

4. Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes, we do ship to clients outside of the United States. However, international clients are responsible for any additional fees required to receive their order, like tax and duty fees.

5. My order has shipped but tracking is not updating?

If you are concerned about the lack of tracking updates for an order please reach out to the carrier directly. Unfortunately, I do not have access to anymore information beyond the same tracking updates you can see.

6. I think my package is lost or stolen, will you recut/repour and ship it again?

Nikita Ashley Customs, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We highly recommend that you purchase Route Shipping Insurance at check out to cover your purchase.
