Refund & Return Policy

Nikita Ashley Customs, LLC will not issue refunds for items damaged or lost during shipping. We highly recommend purchasing the Route Shipping Insurance at checkout.

In the event that an item is missing due to our own error please reach out to Nikita Ashley Customs, LLC  via email within 24 hours of receiving your order.

We only accept the return of silicone molds and acrylic blanks if they are returned in unopened, unused condition.

If you would like to return molds or acrylic blanks you must reach out to us via email within 24 hours of receiving your order. You will be responsible for all shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. 

In the event that a return is approved a refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected. If an item is returned and is not in all original packaging a refund will not be issued and you will be responsible for return shipping fees.

*We do not issue refunds for or accept returns of any custom work.

**We do not accept returns of any accessories (key fobs, earrings, necklaces, etc.).

Shipping Policy

Nikita Ashley Customs, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, please purchase shipping insurance if you'd like to protect your order. 

International customers are responsible for all additional shipping related fees such as import taxes, customs fees and other fees imposed by their country. Nikita Ashley Customs, LLC is not responsible for the payment of any additional fees and will not alter customs forms in an attempt to lower those fees.

Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel an unfulfilled order please message us immediately. We will cancel and refund you, however, a $5 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.

Order Changes/Combination

If you would like to make changes to an order please message us immediately. Changes that result in any type of price increase or decrease will incur a $5 change fee.
