Online Custom Ordering & FAQ
Placing An Online Custom Order
1. Make sure you have the correct file type.
To place your custom order through our website you'll first need to make sure you have a SVG file. If you do you can proceed with the online ordering process. If not, you'll need to reach out to us directly to place your custom order.
2. Choose the correct listing.
If you're looking to have a custom shaker blank created you would need to choose our Custom Shaker Blank listing.
If you're looking to have a custom solid blank created (any blank that is a single layer of acrylic), you would need to choose our Custom Solid Blank listing.
If you're looking to have a custom set of earring blanks created you would need to choose our Custom Earring Blanks listing.
Once you've got the correct listing(s) picked for your project, the process is just like ordering any other blank on our website: make your selections on the final details, add them to your cart, and make payment.
3. E-mail over your SVG file(s).
After you've made payment you can e-mail over your SVG file(s) to: NikitaAshleyCustoms@gmail.com .
Be sure to include your order number and any important details about your file and what you'd like the finished blank(s) to look like.
After we receive your e-mail we will review it and reply confirming receipt of the details. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to review this first email. If we have any questions, they will be included in the initial reply as well so be sure to keep an eye on your inbox.
4. Approve your mock-up.
Once we've confirmed everything with your online custom order we will take your file(s) and create a mock-up for you to approve. One free change is included with your order, so reviewing the mock-up closely is critical. If you request a second mock-up or make additional changes, labor charges will be applied - labor fees start $5.
5. Sit back and relax.
After approval of your mock-up all that's left is for you to sit back and relax while we handle the creation of your custom order. Standard processing time does apply to customs - 10-21 business days - but we always work to have orders out faster.

1. What if I don't have a SVG file?
No worries, you can still place a custom order by e-mailing us directly. The process would be very similar, but we could accept more file types, and you would be invoiced via PayPal. Please be sure to read over the details on our Custom Order Information page.
2. I have an SVG file but need some help preparing it for cutting, can you help?
Absolutely! If your file requires anything beyond resizing or adding an offset, labor fees would apply but it is something we are more than happy to handle for you. Labor fees start at $5.
3. I don't mind paying labor fees but how much are we talking?
On average our labor fees for custom orders range from $5-15 per order. Only for very large orders would we expect the labor fees to go beyond $15.
4. How many blanks does each listing get me?
One listing is equal to one blank, so if you need 3 solid blanks you would put 3 Custom Solid Blank listings into your cart, pay for them and then email over your file(s).
The only exception is the listing for Custom Earring Blanks, ordering this will get you a single set of identical blanks.
5. Can I earn Stars (loyalty points) on custom orders?
Yes, but only if you're ordering via the Custom Order listings on the website.
